Customer satisfaction is the driving principle behind everything at Tech Modern. Tech Modern prides itself on its ability to create attractive, modern websites while also providing the highest possible levels of customer service.
The cost of each website is specific to the complexity of each customer's needs. Average customer spend for static websites is $2500 with a yearly maintenance fee of $100. Maintenance fees will cover website hosting, security patches, and any minor content updates requested by the customer. Websites are typically completed in a two week timeline.
Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance at Tech Modern. Payment will not be taken until the customer is fully satisfied and their website is launched.
24/7 Technical support and minor content updates are provided free of charge at Tech Modern. Substantial website updates (i.e. New pages or integrations) will be charged based on an estimation determined after a consultation with one of Tech Modern's the technical experts.
We begin by scheduling an initial consultation to determine the customer's needs. We then finalize design requirements before beginning our implementation. Websites typically take two weeks to complete from the date the requirements are finalized.
